reply. it is certainly a tough thing to deal with, but it is something we have to work through while we try to keep the light of truth burning brightly.

I, like you, look forward to the administrators getting a handle on these high traffic problems.

I think it is related to the operating system handling so many requests at once. THen you get collisions of processing so that at least one server request gets dumped when they hit a processing step simultaneously. It is fixable without to much technical know-how, but it may take more investment on their part.

server. There are issues, they have been addressed. Cut admin some slack..at least aas much as you'd cut yourself.

20. That's clearly a symptom of a logic error ...

... in the new forum software, probably having to do with creating a 'placeholder' for the post when opening the entry webpage. In the old software, an attempt to use that 'placeholder' more than once would kick you out to the forum or to the lobby. (It may be a side effect of logic changes that permit editing the Subject line.)

are terrible problems.........Maybe those of us on "dial-up" are more frustrated......but we are trying to be patient. It seems to me that a big "THANK YOU" is in order to the people who have, on THEIR OWN intitiative, put this website together, and who have striven to make it better.

The jobs of the people who put this website together certainly cannot be easy, and it must be frustrating to see their efforts being trashed as something that "sucks" and "more trouble than it is worth".

Sure, it is frustrating to get an error message or two or three.

BUT -- I think that posting complaints about what the owners of this website have done in an effort to improve the capabilities of this webstie is, well, petty and mean.

It's not like you have to pay a subscription fee for access here. So we have to click on refresh a couple of times when we get the error message... have patience. I'm sure that the admins will get it worked out in time. I would say that the transition has been pretty smooth overall
