I mean this guy says a whole lot of stuff that needs to be said with very few words in a very clear way. I like his style. Did he just have a lucky interview on Dobbs or is he really this good all the time? He sure looked and sounded like the kind of Democrat I would be proud to vote for. Thanks in advance from someone who knows more about him.

1. Spratt is usually very good on budget issues...
and talking about the deficit, etc. He is good on those issues.

the Repugs into their "Spider Holes."

Pelosi picked him as her "Right Hand Man" way back after 2002 Mid-Terms....where he seemed to come into his own spot...but except for C-Spans occasional "Show" of his Charts and Budget Figures sessions...I've not seen where he's made a difference in being OUT THERE AGAINST THE REPUGS since 2002.

Maybe Spratt has been "behind the scenes" and has been assisting Pelosi every step of the way and so has not been "front and center" as much as we Dems would have hoped. I HAVE seen him many times on C-Span with his "charts and figures" so it's not like he hasn't been out there for us who are really "Wonks." But, I don't think the Average American can really say they know who he is?

Anyway...I grew up in SC and am always a watcher...because the state has turned "FLAMING RED" since I lived there when it would have been "PURPLE" way back ...long ago.

Spratt seems very good...but I really don't like Pelosi...so I wonder what's become of her pushing him out there after "Mid-term" losses to be the NEW FACE of DEM PARTY BUDGET?

3. He has really impressed me
the times I've happened to catch him on C-Span. He seems to be really intelligent and very, very well-spoken. But I don't know anything more than that.
