DOJ speaks out in support of Chimp-in-Chief's illegal wiretapping
To no surprise, the Justice Department offers a creative legal defense of chimpy's wiretapping. Much is made of the Pres'dent's authority and responsibilities in a "time of war." "National security"..."wage war"..."protecting cititzens"...Blah blah blah. We've heard all that before.

But the question of WHY IT WAS/IS NECESSARY TO BREAK THE LAW BY BYPASSING THE FISA COURT IN THE FIRST PLACE is answered only with a passing reference to the "speed" and "agility" of an "early warning system" which the court could not provide.

BULLSHIT!!! If the law was unsuitable and ineffective, change it! BASTARDS!!!

1. And might I add--Who started the war????
I hate all the BS about special consideration when our Nation is at war. The U.S. chose to go to war for NO GOOD REASON!
