It is time for Congress to review the War Powers Act
And to define what a "War" truly is. I don't believe there can be a "War" on an idea or a product or a social disorder. I believe a "War" has to be against a state. A bunch of civilians running around blowing stuff up and killing people is a police matter. It is not a "War" and the "War Powers Act" should not be even the tiniest bit applicable..
