The RWers are merely calling this domestic spying. That's not the issue. The issue is domestic spying WIHTOUT a warrant. Of course calls can be intercepted with a warrant. Remember too that the FISA Court has only turned down 4 requests since 1978. Also, the excuse that there may not be time to go to the court is TOTAL BS. They can seek a retroactive warrant which enables them to move first and get a warrant later.
