I, along with my fellow co-workers, viewed the CFC film that is shown every year around this time to drum up financial support for charities recognized by the Federal government.

In the film this year was a young military family. A young soldier, who had both of his legs blown off in Iraq, along with his wife were grateful for the Combined Federal Campaign and the charity of those who give.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing or seeing.

A young man sacrifices his legs and quite possibly his sanity in a war that wasn't necessary and he has to rely on the charity of others to make ends meet?????
