Is this NSA wiretapping not only grounds for impeachment, but treason?

Impeachment, almost certainly, in my opinion. But how is this treasonous? Was the personal information of American citizens sold to our country's enemies or something?
Our government spying on its own citizens isn't treason, unless the goverment people involved in it are using the information gathered to aid our enemies.

Misrepresenting, exagerrating and/or fabricating the basis on which we invaded Iraq.

Sending troops to Iraq based on aforementioned, putting them in harm's way unnecessarily.

Undermining the viability of the nation's economy through tax breaks to corporations, especially those who outsource American jobs; allowing the deficit to rise to its current levels; putting the USA in debt to foreign powers (such as China).
