3. Did they know for certain who to wiretap? And if so why weren't they
doing it. If you know enough about someone to get a legal wiretap then you already know how dangerous they are and all you want to know is proof and where they will strike next. So why wasn't the Bush administration already going after Al-qaeda? I tell you why, because they completely ignored the good intel that the Clinton admin. handed over to them. That's why.

Legally Bush can perform a 72 hour wiretap while he waits for a judge to clear it. He chooses to do it illegally. Why didn't he prevent 9-11 since he had legal wiretaps at his disposal.

7. They were created WITH wiretaps. The PNAC used them to zero in on the
most likely candidates ripe for hire to perpetrate the event.

Those guys were hired for 911 by people in the USA who knew they were here and what they were capable of doing.
