Poll question: Which political figures has Bush wiretapped w/out warrant?
Results will be kept until the republic is reestablished or the US destroyed from within, whichever comes first.

1. Jacque Chirac
I recall the neocons were bugging the offices of the ambassador to the UN when the various Iraq War votes were being taken.

5. I bet when it all comes out...
... there will be at least one political figure on the list. If pressure builds they will probably give out a few arabic sounding names the minimize some of the damage, but there will always be a group of names that they will fight tooth and nail to never have to release. They'll claim that it is because of on going surveillance, and in some cases it may be, but there will also be political figures in there.

6. And at that point.....
they'll smear the political figure saying there's top secret information giving them reason to wiretap him. You watch.

7. Well, if Bush wiretapped me,
he would have been angry. I've talked about Bush with friends on the phone for the past 5 years.

I've used words like "stupid", "idiot", "evil", "don't believe anything he says" on and on.

But then, maybe I'm not alone.

8. Any and all of the above plus, remember the Bolton nonconfirmation?
The Senators wanted to see the NSA intercepts that Bolton had.

Not that THIS administration would EVER overstep its authority to use secrecy and break the law for it's own political purposes. They're only thinking of keeping us safe.

14. Hm, now "NSA intercepts" has a whole new realm of possibility!
I had assumed that it wasn't domestic political opposition. Not any more!
