1. 9-11 changed NOTHING...
...I'm more likely to be killed by a drunk driver. So should we mandate that all new cars have a breathalyzer that prevents the car from being started unless the person driving is alcohol free? How about we install cameras in all bars and homes to watch people and make sure they don't drive drunk.

I'm more likely to be killed by heart disease. So what unconstitutional lengths shall we go to in order to prevent that?

GOD DAMMIT! REMOVE THESE CRIMINALS FROM OFFICE, NOW, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!!

2. Oh but it did, and the document is quaint.
Even quainter is the right of habeas corpus, which goes back to 1215.
It's 2005 feragentmikes' sake! :sarcasm:

Everybody should take to heart this language from the Declaration of
Independence (as featured in the movie "National Treasure"):

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

3. Then they truly won.
They hate us for our freedoms? Isn't that what he said at one time? Well we ain't got them. If this is what they wanted then they accomplished their goal with the help of *.

6. A good counter-point to that is to say
"9/11 did not repeal the Constitution."

"9/11 did not mandate the destruction of American ideals/values."

7. It changed the fact that people no longer question "authority".
And they have taken mean advantage of it.
