Phony Photo-Op President Poses for Pix by Giving His Speech Twice --->>>
Edited on Mon Dec-19-05 10:52 AM by Stephanie

He is acting up a storm in these fake photos! He gave his speech live on tv, then ran through it AGAIN so the press could take photos. Look at how he is hamming it up in the do-over! Is this standard practice, to repeat his performance so the press can get photos? Why have I never seen pix so-identified before? This is the fakest, phoniest fictional president I have ever seen. The first shots below are from the live broadcast, the second set are from his fake photo session. If I were his acting coach I would tell him he's over-the-top in the re-do.

President Bush delivers a portion of his speech for a second time for assembled news photographers after delivering his televised address to the nation from the Oval Office about the historic election in Iraq, Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005, in Washington. Bush declared Sunday night that Iraq's elections signal the birth of democracy in the Middle East, arguing against a U.S. troop pullout while acknowledging the doubts of some 'that the war is lost and not worth another dime or another day.' 2. I can see why. He looks worried in the top set but "masterful" in the
bottom. But it is interesting he wasn't able to do the old swagger bit for the actual speech. Was he told not to?

4. I also noticed his 'twang' was gone. The good ole boys must be
mystified.

3. Was it live or was it Memorex
Some of you will remember that reference.

I am annoyed by this. It's a phony photo op for sure. I'm almost convinced what I saw last night was a tape. It "jumped" a few times and I don't ever remember a live broadcast having tape issues. (That's sure what it sounded like.)

6. I wonder if that's why they kept the press out?
They pretended he was speaking live but actually it was pre-recorded? And then they let the press in for the photo-op? Hmm.

8. It's all theatre with this administration
Gotta do multiple takes, so you can capture it from different angles.

9. And nothing BUT theater
Once they're done spinning they have no clue how to govern.
