Condi on Faux can't explain why court approval
couldn't have been obtained, she would only say the President had the authority. Then 9/11, 9/11 on and on.

It's strange that she didn't have an answer for a question that wouldn't have been asked unless it was approved in advance.

Sure seems to make sense to me.
