3. Already leaving headlines, Sharon had a stroke, y'know.
Two or three days of that 'news' ought to do it.

6. This has legs.
Here's the way it must be framed. The american people believe that the president has the responsibility to wage the war on terror. The problem is not with the surveilance, its with with doing it without legal sanction. and thinking that that is fine

it has legs.

Otherwise, forget it.

8. It may quiet down a little, but I think if Fitz indicts again soon,
the whole picture will be brought front and center again. You can't "pound the table" about those nasty leakers damaging national security while a leaker is still sitting in the WH WITH a security clearence.

I think this is the kind of thing the MSM likes to chew on.

9. They Could Distance Themselves by Introducing Articles of Impeachment
I don't think Republicans like being spied on any more than we do.
Haves and have-mores dislike it especially, and they make most of the overseas calls.
Some of them may be considering how the regime might have been using this information.

We are concerned about the loss of personal privacy, corporations and the people who
run them are (or should be) concerned that their proprietary information is being given
to their competition or otherwise being misappropriated. The very fact of the collection
of this information and its commercial value all but guarantees that it is being misappropriated.

These are grounds for impeachment that Republicans and Democrats can agree on.
