What is so horrible about Bush going outside of the law in his war on terror? Well, its this. No nation exists other than it is governed by a set of rules. The rules do not have to be fair, equitable, or moral, but they must be consistantly applied. Anything else is less and is chaos.

What is so bad about what Bush did is that in disregarding the highest law of the land he brings chaos to our legal system and without the structure of law we have no nation.

This is unforgivable. The man must be removed from office and it must happen as quickly as possible.
