A legal challenge to * is a must if we are to survive as a free country
The * administration is all about presidential power
A every turn we have seen the executive branch of our government usurping powers that belong elsewhere.
The vote to allow * to go to war in Iraq took away our legislative powers over the declaration of war.
His lackeys in the senate want to remove the filibuster. Essentially handing over to the executive branch the power to pack the court without legislative review.
The slow response to the NO disaster, which I add was not Katrina caused but caused by failed levees, was an attempt to place federal troops under presidential control in the streets of an American city.
Admitting to acting in an unconstitutional manner and blatantly ignoring American law is an "in our face" challenge that, if left unchallenged, will result in further presidential abuses of power leading to a police state.

1. As a civil procedure matter, who exactly has the standing to bring a
cause of action against a standing president? Any citizen? Any citizen who has been "injured" as a result of his policy/policies? A political or social group? I can't remember a successful suit while a president was still in office for public actions versus private actions (e.g., Paula Jones for the latter re. Clinton).

6. is there not a single Member of Congress willing to . . .
introduce articles of impeachment? . . . and list out all of the particulars? . . . it's a LONG list that would have an immense impact on the American people if they saw all of the BushCo crimes detailed in a single legal document . . .
