9. Did you get the slug barrel with rifle sights? I sold mine when I

moved to Florida. Shouldn't have, I bought it in the early 1970's when they still had a nice finish, chrome bolt and checkered stock. Just be careful to push the shells all the way into the magazine or one will hang up. Check to make sure the magazine isn't plugged to only hold two rounds (waterfowl regulations) take it out and you can fit in two more shells.

11. It.s an 870 tactical limited edition with a folding stock and

an 18" barrel. I added a heat shield and am looking for a compensator. I assume it will shoot slugs and it will hold 7 rounds. I have had it since October but have not taken it to the range yet so I don't know exactly what it will do.

about the same thing, if you could find one, but it would be a bit heavy for guys our age. I think it had a bayonet lug, if things really were to get gruesome.

There won't be martial law declared here, there will not be a Reiscstag fire, or suspension of elections or a total police state. Meet you here on DU in three or four years.
We will all still be here*, typing away, and we will still be bitching and moaning about one thing or the other.
To believe a piece of the moon can't fall off and crash into earth is foolish too, but it doesn't mean it will happen.

Sorry Nancy, I respect your optimism, and I know there are many like you that think it can't happen here, but if they are willing to Steal 2 Elections, a Congressional Election, Start an illegal war based on lies, Torture, Spy, and the list goes on and on, you are deluding yourself if you think they would not take that step if they felt they had to.

After all we have seen, I simply do not see how these people will give up power lawfully and peacefully.

In the end you may be right, and there is not a single soul on DU, including me, that hopes you aren't.

But to totally dismiss the possibility of extremes is foolish, when they have committed so many already.

The most honest thing anyone on DU could say at this point is that all of us hope and remain optimistic that nothing like this will happen, but because of all they have done so far, nothing can be truly discounted.
