OK people...What does that statement mean? Hillary Clinton told Cheney to go over to Iraq. She ssaid it would be a positve experience....

If it was DK I might think he was hoping Cheney would have an epiphany or something (fat chance!).
Hillary may think it is just great over there because democracy is 'on the march'.
