Whoops! My mistake. This was the media turning on Bill Clinton about Monica Lewinsky. I don't know what made me equate consensual (if incredibly stupid) sex with war and domestic crimes. Sorry, sorry, sorry. All hail the emperor and our vibrant two party system!
