U.S. Rep. J.D. Hayworth to Vicente Fox: "Shut up!"
Edited on Thu Dec-15-05 02:07 PM by Loonman
http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=10894

Hayworth continued: “What’s disgraceful is President Fox presuming to lecture the United States on how best to protect itself against an invasion -- an invasion that has his wholehearted advocacy. . . . He needs to stop his advocacy of an invasion of his countrymen into our nation. What’s shameful is that, as the president of the Republic of Mexico, he does nothing to stem this invasion. He actively endorses it.”

8. It is truly amazing to be introduced to members of the House
both sides have them but every once in a while you get a good look at some of the hilarious character who have somehow been able to get elected.

Hayworth is one of them. He is a talk radio pinhead actually IN Congress. He also completely reminds me of the formerly bigshot high school jock who hangs around resting on his past victories and is the town cop or sells insurance.

13. Good analogy
I recall in early 03, before bush started his war, I was enjoying a brew at a favorite watering hole with some other local philosophers when in comes a bunch of yahoos, one rather large. I was 49 at the time, he was probably 35. With no cue or prompting he starts blathering on about kicking some Iraqi ass, etc, etc. (Upcoming incredible conversation.) I said I do not believe we have any business in Iraq that we should concentrate our efforts in Afghanistan. His response - "I played linebacker for LSU." Getting in the mood, I said, I served in a combat zone. End of another enlightening conversation. It would be similar to talking with the likes of hayball.

Oh then of course you must be right :eyes:
NOTE -LSU linebackers are generally considered to without fault the same does not apply to linebackers at other SEC schools.

3. Yes, he needs to tell his countrymen
To stop invading our land that we rightfully stole from them by military conquest.

Furthermore, he needs to tell them to stop taking all of those cushy dishwashing, fruit picking, and house keeping jobs away from Americans.

:sarcasm:

Fox sux but I don't think he gives a shit about the opinions of J.D. Hayworth.
Beyond that I like all the immigration, it dilutes the pasty white fundy influence.

18. How would you suggest he goes about accomplishing this?
Maybe he doesn't have all of the military hardware necessary to invade sovereign nations in order to take their resources so that his people can be more prosperous.

If Fox had turned Mexico into a first-world country in his short time in office, not only would he be a better leader than Bush, but he'd beat out Roosevelt, Churchill, and just about every other world leader past or present.

Last point: illegal immigration is helping our economy, not hurting it. But maybe we can start work on a constitutional amendment to put a stop sign in Lady Liberty's hand instead of that book.

With no SS number? They are paying it into the illegal numbers they obtain from fraudulently made ID papers.

26. Interesting point. Completely wrong, but interesting nonetheless
By and large, illegal workers do pay taxes. They just don't even the score at the end of the year and get a refund the way that we do. And if you want 'fucking absurd', throw 'em all out for good and let me know how you like your $12 bowl of salad.

As has been said a million times, illegals generally take the jobs we don't want.

Now, as to those other questions you ignored in your profound one-sentence rejoinder...I'd love to hear your thoughts on those. And I'm curious as to why you have such animosity toward illegal immigrants. Would you not do the same thing in the same situation these people are in?

They are not even kept on payroll, they are paid out of pocket by their shady boss who wants to save money on payroll taxes and not having to carry insured hourly workers on his/her books.

Illegals DO NOT PAY TAXES!!!

Sheesh...

As has been said a million times, illegals generally take the jobs we don't want.

That's a fucking strawman and you know it.

animosity toward illegal immigrants.

No I have a problem with criminal activity....call me crazy...

16. Representative Haywoth
I have a modest proposal for you... before you look at the speck in your neighboor's eye, check the log in yours. tell you what Sir... how about we fine Walmart to the tune of 10,000 per ilegal they hire? They have more than two incidents already ... and in fact confiscate the property where this has been going on.

Oh you tell me why would you do that? Check the law, passed by a congress in the 1980s, you may remember that was the time we told US Citizens and LEGAL residents, you need proof of right to work in the US... in exchange companies that hire ilegals will be fined, first 1,000 per head, then 10,000 per head, and property will be confiscated

Now you think that if we START enforcing that law and oh I don't know Walmart looses a store here or there, and the Central Valley of California is fined as well, that teh job market for ilegals will ahem, dry off?

But you'd rather make noise and complaint, when the tools are the ones you DON'T want to enforce, becuase in the end... this is posturing. You LOVE cheap labor, we know.

21. Vicente Fox is a corrupt, sorry son of a bitch
Edited on Thu Dec-15-05 02:42 PM by Selatius
If Fox wants to help the US fight illegal immigration from Mexico, then he should set up some social programs to invest in the country's poor and withdraw from NAFTA, since the US obviously won't with its current supporters of NAFTA both in the Republican AND DEMOCRATIC parties. Hugo Chavez has already provided a template for Latin America to use. Fox just doesn't want to fucking listen.
