Just got a call from American Family Voices-Call 281-240-3700
and speak to Bugman DeLay's office. The figure $151,000 was mentioned in monies DeLay received from companies benefitting from the war. They asked that we tell DeLay to stop taking contributions from companies trying to profit from the Iraqi war.
Pls. call if you get the urge!

1. I get confused by the names of these groups
That name sounds like the bunch of wackos who tried to stop Ford from selling cars to gays. But this one looks like a good cause. Do they do this deliberately? (I always get suspicious when I see the word "family" in the name of an organization).

2. I don't know, but I did
check their website before posting this. Seems like they're on the up-and-up.

3. They are a liberal group.
They started another web site a few years ago called "The Daily Enron," after the secret oil meeting bush/chaney had with big oil.

They are strongly opposed to the Bush misadministration.
