Yesterday, El Presidente claimed, "I take responsibility for the decision to go to war." Do you think he really feels a great sense of responsibility? Yeah, me neither. So what's he really saying? There's truth in anagrams...

First of all, let's examine his position. He's pro-key instabilities in Iraq (the key ones meaning the ones that let him at the oil easier. No, really. I asked, and he gave me a bitter spin: "Oil is key.") And he's always looking for people to shake things up in the Middle East. "I, pesky liberationist," he has reportedly said off the record, "I seek pro instability."
