1 of the best feel-good stories: that dude catching that baby in NY
The chimp must be pissed that this story is giving his Iraqi elections some serious competition today.

I saw this guy interviewed by Soledad and Miles this morning and he is one cool cucumber. A real hero and it made for some GOOD news. Check it out at CNN's website: www.cnn.com. It's under "More News" and is the video entitled: "Superman catches baby tossed from window"

2. Not only the guy who caught -- think of the trust the mother had
The whole story is wonderful and, believe it or not, I think it speaks alot to Democratic values. We can trust one another. We can depend on one another. What's more, we should do both on a regular basis because those two acts alone "save" our children.

6. That "ethic" has largely disappeared from our culture.
I hope we can find it again. Right now I'm very suspicious of humanity and all it has come to represent.

7. It's also cool that not once did anyone have to praise "God" during
their interviews afterward. It was simply a fantastic story about a normal guy doing some heroic things for another human being that most any good person would've done, 'cept this was caught on camera, thank goodness. This guy was so cool to listen to in his interview, and the mother was great, too. Nothing artificial about any of them. How refreshing.

8. The video was something else!
NBC Evening news prefaced the story: you have to see it to believe it. The catch was tear-jerking. That little guy came out OK. And has a story to tell when he grows up.
