2. Saw Taylor in a segment on the 700 Club

I'm not kidding. This was maybe a year or two ago, probably about the same time that the two went into partnership.

Pat Robertson showed a huge religious revival meeting that was held in a football stadium in Liberia. People were really getting into it, raising hands, talking tongues, falling down...you get the picture. Then Charles Taylor himself gets up and declares his country for Jesus before he falls into some sort of God-induced trance.

Pat was just beside himself with joy watching President Taylor tearing down any walls left between church and state. He kept wondering why the US President couldn't do this as well.
