Hillary campaign mail to California - its going nuts!
got yet another snail mail pack from Hillary and I am in California and the package contained
a re-elect Hillary BUMPER STICKER and a campaign sign/poster to "put in your window".!!!

seems to me she is rounding up cash from around the US for her presidential campaign, not
her senate campaign.

So I set back the PP envelope with nothing in it. Well, she did say send it back.

1. I received something a couple of weeks ago
I thought it was for her senate campaign. Either way I won't give her a dime

I was thinking of writing her back using the enclosed self-stamped envelope, but then said why bother

There are enough truely progressive candidates out there who don't play games

2. I got that too, a bumper sticker and a placard
I have never signed up on one of her lists. Did she buy someone else's list perhaps, another candidate? I've talked to others who also get things from her that have never signed up on her list.

It is interesting that she's sending out campaign info to people in other states, who cannot vote for her for Senator.

3. I know -- it's ridiculous
She claims to need money to fight the Republicans for re-election to the Senate. If she's so broke, why did she send all this crap to someone who lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan?

5. If Hillary gets the Presidential nod ...
...I will absolutely lose it. Regardless of what I think about her politics, if this party and its members is so dumb that they would take the golden oppurtunity they are being handed and squander it by running friggin' Hillary, then I dont even know what I would do. Why on earth would they run someone who would never win?

She has no chance to win whatsoever. None. Nada. Zero. Bupkes. Zilch. Is this party really THAT dumb?

I'm on both her email list and physical mailing list
I have no idea how my name and addresses got on her lists. Maybe her campaign had all registered Dems in all states listed on their board of elections put together on a list, but WHY? I think it's more likely than someone else sold or "shared" their list with her.

10. Could it be her mailing service is screwing up? or screwing around?
It's been known to happen before.

I've received local mail that arrived postmarked after the event etc., and my response has been to notify the sender and suggest that if they noticed a smaller than expected turnout they should look into whichever firm they hired to get out the mail. They're usually glad to get the feedback.

It is possible that someone in Hillary's camp has jumped the gun, mixed up the mailing lists, or otherwise has erred. Send a note back to HQ in the nice prepaid envelope asking if she's really campaigning in California this month. I can't -- they seem to have overlooked me.

11. A colleague of mine in NJ got one--all right maybe--but CALIFORNIA!
We thought it was weird but I could see where mailing bumper stickers to Dems in NJ might not be a totally wacky idea since alot of NJ cars spend alot of time in NY.

California on the other hand is a totally different story. Sounds to me like Mrs. Clinton is seeding the ground for her presidential run with $ from her Senate campeign.

Very nice bumper sticker by the way, clear design and vibrant colors.
