4. Only prison can separate Rove from Bush.
The fact that Rove still has his job and security clearance
shows that Bush will never let Rove go voluntarily.
Expect Bush to phone his brain for advice daily.

5. Mafia bosses have been able to rule from prison
Tell me. Why can't Rove find some way to do the same thing?

6. Pardon?
Bush** will pardon Rove if an indictment is imminent.

It will cause a further hit in **'s polling, but once it is made clear
to the media that the law cannot touch Karl, they will all fall back into
line and report what he tells them to. (As most of them already are doing).

7. Hey Karl, I can't let you know secret stuff no more.
Mr. R. from sentorium and MS. P. from House calls have made the chimp at the D.C. zoo look bad!!! I don't like when they do that.

Should the chimp throw POO or shat? What would you do if you were the chimp?

Loser.

8. Indicted does not mean convicted.
Bush said that if anyone is "guilty," (he didn't say "accused") of a crime he will no longer work at the White House.

How long has it been now that Ken Lay has avoided a trial? KKKarl can probably do better than that.

Karl will stay employed in the White House until the end of Dubya's reign. Karl won't be scheduled to go to trial until after 2008. He will be pardoned on January 20th at 10:00 am or the day before junior goes before the Senate for his impeachment trial.

9. Rove will not be indicted... not for anything that will get him fired .

it's time for us to close this chapter, because it's over. it really is.

Libby will get off in Feb - and everything will be back to same ole same ole.

you heard it here first, unless you heard from the owner of AAR,(i forget his name, goldstein?)when he called in to Mike Malloy's show on the night of Oct 28.

he said then, that it was all over, whatever Fitz had against these evil fucks, charges would have been brought that very day. I didn't want to believe it, but now it appears that he was right.

The Raw Story article was premature, and as of this writing there's nothing more to report.

yes, it's stated that there was a meeting today, and that the case is "going forward" - and implications that Rove and pals are "worried".

in the end, i'll be really happy to eat crow if i'm wrong, but this thing is grinding to a long slow halt, in my painful opinion.

the bottom line is there will be no impact on junior, one way or the other.

11. If Rove is indicted, he will surely have to resign.
The press won't have any choice but to mention that the number one assistants for Dubya and Dick face conspiracy/obstruction/etc. charges. It reflects poorly on the boss when your chief of staff and top advisor have been indicted.

Pressure will crescendo for a staff shake-up. If Iraq does not improve significantly and Rove is indicted, lil' Dubya is out of ammunition. He's going to have to make changes and concede certain points. The press, muddle-headed fools that they are sometimes, will finally insist that Bush lead.

And it will be noted in many hometown papers' editorial columns that the president owes the American people an apology.

12. He's already so far gone... it won't matter much
Polling wise, he'll dip back down but the hardcore 30-35 percenters still won't budge.

I too think that despite what happens, Herr Rove will find some way to continue to stay in charge from behind the scenes.

On Edit: Dammit spelling error. Need more coffee.
