3. Fitz is a very careful prosecutor. I don't think we're going to see

anything firm for a while. My guess is after January. He's dealing with a new GJ, has to explaine all the background info to this new group, and he will not rush into anything.

If he indicts before Bush's little State of the Union address, which is the scene of the crime with the famous "uranium from Africa" phrasing, it will really drag Bush down like a boat anchor.
