"We will never back down, we will never give in, and we will never accept anything less than complete victory." ~George "Weasel Weenie" Bush.

That is so absurdly unexplainable, I really don't expect an answer.

What? Disney World Baghdad? Everybody will have ice cream? New puppies for all? Sunshine and bunny clouds.

Sorry.

1. A repeat of the occupation of the Philippines
Edited on Wed Dec-14-05 08:06 PM by wuushew
a bloody and immoral war which seemingly lost political traction and was followed by fifty years of "successful" colonial rule.

Many parallels both casualty count and timeline wise make it a better comparison than the often used Vietnam analogy.

6. You see, it's better than an 'incomplete victory'
Otherwise known as 'not a victory.'

7. I was just wondering the same thing today.
Saddam's gone and wasn't that the "mission accomplished" thing?

Maybe George is talking about his generic and disturbingly vague war on terrorism. You know, the one he has already said will never be won?

Bizzaro World is a difficult place in which to acclimate oneself. I don't know if I'll ever get the hang of it.

8. No.
You and I are mere mortals. We are incapable of comprehending the sacred knowledge of democracy and total victory. Trust our leader. He knows.

When he shock and awes them enough to where there is only sporadic bombs from out of nowhere.

Only b*shworld knows the true meaning.

15. There may be some light at the end of the tunnel...
Check out this excerpt from a Reuters piece. The local people of Iraq will soon begin to hold their own politicians accountable. When they have to rely on (and maybe get p*d off at) their own legislators, they will have to work out their differences and our troops can come home. Very interesting little snip from the article...

"I don't care about anything but bringing food to my babies," said Hamed Nasser, 49, a taxi driver in the Shi'ite holy city of Kerbala. "We are fed up of promises from parties."

17. Complete Victory in Iraq is when the military bases are completed,
troops are stationed permanently, the puppet regime is in place, and the oil companies have put their meters on the Iraq oil supply.

Now if they could just figure out what to do about that damned insurgency.
