It's a civil provision. It's primarily for drug prosecution.

This is big! At least I think so.

For those search warrants that need to be secret, there is a FICA (sp?) warrant that can be used for terrorist searches.

This bill strikes at the very heart of what America is founded on. And I think it reveals the nature of the evil and dark creatures who are running this country (into the ground).

And it's a needless bill. They can achieve everything they need to keep Americans secure without it. It is a dangerous bill. And an unconstitutional bill.



Feingold has my vote for a nominee, if and when he runs.
