fucking 3 years later and Bush finally takes responsibility and offers to reform the intelligence community. Jesus

He just spouted some empty words. If he really took responsibility for the intelligence failures that have killed thousands of Americans and spent hundreds of billions of dollars, he'd announce his resignation in the same sentence.

What put it back like it was before he politicized it. Fire Porter Goss and appoint someone who is actually qualified? Tell Cheney not to visit CIA headquarters again? Figure out how to get all the career analyists he ran off to come back?
