4. Well I think it depends a bit on the context of the post

Religious matters do seem to intrude themselves on politics a lot these days; talking about how some Christians are using Christmas as a club to attack us is, in my opinion, good fodder for these boards. But posts pointing out how Christianity (or any other religion, for that matter) is good or bad in general probably go in the religion forum.

That's my take on it anyway.
