World Can't Wait NY Times Ad on O'Reilly
Did anybody happen to see this? I missed it.

TONIGHT! - 8pm and 11pm
on FOX NEWS

"O'Reilly Factor" Interviewing NY State Sen. Tom Duane + David Horowitz on
the "Bush Step Down" New York Times Ad - Monday Night

Tonight, Monday Dec 12, on "O'Reilly Factor" on the Fox News TV network at
8pm (repeated at 11pm), Bill O’Reilly will talk to NY State Senator Tom
Duane and David Horowitz about the full-page ad in The New York Times
calling for George W. Bush to step down from office, and take his program
with him (page A17). The World Can’t Wait - Drive Out the Bush Regime
placed the ad. Sen. Duane is one of the signers of the ad, along with Gore
Vidal, Cindy Sheehan, Harold Pinter, Eve Ensler, Kurt Vonnegut, Alice
Walker, and thousands more. David Horowitz is the extreme rightwinger who
has hounded progressive academics all over the country.

To view the ad, go to www.worldcantwait.org

The ad calls for a nationwide action intended to “drown out” Bush’s State
of the Union address in January. This will consist of local actions as
well as a national demonstration in Washington D.C. on the Saturday
following the State of the Union Address.

2. Tom Duane was very poised and calm; impressive
He made O'Reilley and Horowitz look like a couple of crack-heads.

Here's the ad in .pdf http://worldcantwait.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=4&Itemid=4

5. I messed up the link. Here's the real link to the NY Times ad:
http://worldcantwait.net/flier/nyt.pdf

On my Linux system, when I click on a .pdf link Adobe automatically
launches itself and displays the document, which I can then choose to
save or not save. In Windows my system asks me what to do with the
document and I have to save it to the desktop. Then I click on the
document's icon, and launch it in Adobe.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat it's available free here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

It's well worth installing because all kinds of important stuff like
the John Conyers report "Preserving Democracy: What Went Wrong in Ohio"
is in Adobe (.pdf) format.
