Isn't this the fifth anniversary...
Of "The Day Democracy Died"? Or, the day Bush v. Gore was handed down, and the "Scalia Five" made their infamous place in history?

I left the CIty of Wilmington on the same day...I'm glad I did, but not on that day...the cloud that's still with us!

B-)

2. Yah know, I knew it was going to be bad when they . . .
Handed the White House to Schimpanski.

But in my wildest imaginings, I never thought it'd be THIS bad.

lifetimes ago? I was so naive... The only good thing is that I am now awake....but I'm not sure if that's a good thing anymore.

7. Bill Clinton, in his book, called Bush v. Gore
One of the worst SCOTUS decisions ever, stated it will do down in infamy along with the Drew Scott case.

This is indeed a day that need to be remembered.

And I swear someone masturbated all over my keyboard today while viewing the MSRNC ad here on DU while I was at the office. My mouse and keyboard are all sticky this evening - and NO I did not spill a drink on my keyboard. Perhaps my aged dog peed on it, but I doubt it.
