Listening to Senator Craig Thomas (R-Wyoming) on C-Span 2 I am told that we must stay the course in Iraq and pursue the course to satisfy the reason we went to war there.

So was it our reason to go into Iraq to suppress and ultimately remove an insurgency which the lawful Government (Saddam's) of that country was unable to suppress without our help?

Is that what this calm babbling brook of foolishness trying to tell me?

so that the American Blood already shed has not been shed in vein. This logic, with the help of the fucking lunatics on free republic and similar moron sites, will result in the shedding of American Blood in Iraq for thousands of years. An ancillary benefit: while conservatives bitch, moan and whine about the issue of "attacks on Christmas" which they have been trained to bitch, moan and whine about by their handlers, the same conservatives can find solace this holiday season in knowing that more Americans are dying in Iraq, exactly what conservatives want.
