To Christians who believe others have declared war on their holiday, I say this:

If you supported war and killing across this planet in the name of your lord and savior, I say "Christmas? Bah! Humbug!"

"Blessed are the Peacemakers, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

If you supported tax cuts for the wealthy and the elimination of social programs for the poor, I say "Christmas? Bah! Humbug!"

"As ye do to the least of these, ye do unto me."

If you condemned others as sinners in the name of your savior who preached unconditional love and forgiveness, I say "Christmas? Bah! Humbug!"

"Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not and ye shall not be condemned."

Christ preached against those who "draweth nigh unto me with their lips; but their heart is far from me." He called them hypocrites. If you are one of these, I say "Christmas? Bah! Humbug!"

But if in the past year, you loved your enemies and did good even to those who hated you; if you showed mercy to others; if you did not condemn or judge others; if you fed the hungry and clothed the poor; if you took up your staff and followed your master, not to be better than him, but instead to be as good as him, then I wish you a very "Merry Christmas."

5. This seems to be what fundies believe

The Elect: They believe that only 144,00 of them will go to heaven:

They believe that God picked them before the beginning of time (predestination and no or limited freewill.

"The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was." Proverbs 8.22f

They believe that they are saved and cannot be judged for their actions except by god.

"Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth." Romans 8.33f

They are Freaking zombies from my point of view. Brainwashed children. They think God picked them in some cosmic lottery.
