No. I beleive it is Fox News and the idiot Christian right trying once again to divide the country for political gain.

1. The writing is exceptionally poor as well
Check out what, for a WRITER, is near illiteracy:

s there a war against Christmas? The ACLU and a lot of other people have been trying to take Christ out of Christmas for years. At this time of year, many people will believe that that's a real concern. in Newport News, Va., an estimated 8,000 people showed up for the town's Christmas celebration, except they are calling it that. They're calling it Hollydazzle. And instead of lighting the 40-foot Christmas tree, Newport News officials are going to be lighting, get this, the tree of illumination.

The events are also going to include, of course, Frosty the Snowman, make-your-own-snow globes, and that traditional Christmas fair, Mr. and Mrs. Mouse.

4. Ohhhh! Get this- a Tree Of ILLUMINATION!

I should have known Adam Weishaupt was behind this fiendish plot to secularize our yearly national orgy of spending and purchasing.

2. The results of the poll suggest it's a manufactured wedge issue.

I mean, obviously that's what it is- but the poll backs up that opinion. Conservatives believe liberals are conducting a "war on Christmas". Liberals say, "what the hell are you talking about?".

6. I'm paying no attention
to this garbage. It's obviously manufactured for social division. But it's an indicator of the extremes the right will go to in their quest for control.
