....is something we say Tookie Williams didn't get.I agree only to the point that I object to the death penalty.When we say "fair trial" what we really mean is being able to afford an OJ/Robert Blake caliber defense team...which is no more "fair" than Notre Dame versus your local Brownie Troop...my quarter/half/million dollar defense team with only the burden of reasonable doubt against a prosecutor with a finite budget.Yes it is a class thing and no he didn't get a fair trial.Yes he deserves death if any man does and no any man doesn't...
