SO's response to outsourcing:
My SO wants Congress to remove tax breaks of companies that outsource unless the CEO and executive management all move to the country to which they are outsourcing. He thinks they should all be required to become citizens of those nations, democratic or not. I'd love to see some of these people move to India and China. Seems like the least they could do!

2. Easy to circumvent...
A corporation, like Microsoft, would only have to incorporate a subsidiary in a foreign country to defeat this. Each subsidiary can have a CEO and executive staff composed of locals.

3. I know. I told him they'd find a way around it.
No way are CEOs going to be forced to live somewhere they don't want to be.

4. They belong in prison.
I'd be happy to drag a few of them, kicking and screaming, there myself. :)
