Prayers, wishes, karma for Aidan, please

Friends have told us about this sweet little boy whose family they are close to. Their 2 year old son has been at University of Pittsburgh Hospital where he underwent a liver transplant for cancer- he has taken a turn for the worse and they have asked for prayers- I'm personally not a big prayer person, but prayer, karma good wishes, whatever works for you would be appreciated, Thanks.

He looks so much like my 2-year old grandson. I can't even imagine. I would be destroyed to see him so sick. Please keep me informed in PM. I've been praying for him all day.
