What the heck is that institute--a new incarnation of neocon thought? This term was just uttered on MSNBC by this neocon talking head. I am becoming convinced that Al-Qaeda is an artificial construct--something like an offshore mailbox corporation. Established for the sole purpose of destabilizing the ME created by the British and US in the early 20th century. They didn't like how it was evolving so background players scrapped the old organizational plan and set about setting up a new one.
