Halloween sex-attack suspect Peter Braunstein has been claiming he's on a mission from God to destroy "bad people," the Daily News has learned.
In a conversation laced with twisted lies, the fugitive fiend told a Cleveland bar owner that God had spoken to him directly twice in his lifetime.
"He said God had given him directions that he should do something to people who aren't worthy of living," said Morgan Cavanaugh, owner of Moriarty's Pub.
"He viewed himself as some sort of instrument of God, to take care of bad people. ... I thought he meant whacking them," added Cavanaugh, who has been interviewed by police.

It's believed he dressed as a firefighter and set small blazes to get into a former co-worker's apartment - then sexually tormented the woman for almost 13 hours.
