Yes, No, or In some cases

If you vote "No," the government could use that "belief" to justify even more intrusive attacks on civil liberties. Same with "In some cases." Yet a vote of "Yes," which could be used to argue against further attacks on civil liberties, does a disservice to the legitimate safety concerns of us all.

So what's the "answer"?
