I saw John Negroponte on CNN tell us something, I was distracted by the Seal hanging behind him….it was I think canted with the head of the eagle at one o’clock and the tail feathers at seven o’clock. Do they usually hang seals like that, or maybe the Director of National Intelligence has his own national seal ,or maybe they can not even hang wall plagues correctly?
