now brian lamb's dragging-out the "scandal sheet"
all the other "news" media have been showing this list all week...

you know the one --

the list of past washington scandals, always showing more crooked dems than repubs.

hmmm... the dems scandals always seem to pale in comparison to repubs, but of course, nobody counting that, right?

1. hmmm Iran-Contra... Watergate... yep all dems
geez.

Not to say that there haven't been plenty of corrupt dems, but without question repubs have the historical grand slams, corruption-wise, IMO.

That one was truly earthshaking. I bet the one where Clintons lost sixty thousand dollars in a failed real estate deal was number one on his list...Them Democrats really know how to Scandal...

8. Brian Lamb is doing a 3 hour show on money & corruption
in gov.

Both parties are guilty.

Citizens matter more than party affiliation.

Also, C-Span is the fairest, most balanced coverage of gov & politics on TV. They get bashed from both sides who don't want balanced coverage...they want favorable coverage only for their party.

9. Forgot to add:
They talked about FOX news spending $13,000 to fly Delay to Washington.

Talking about Delay gerrymandering Texas.

Talking about Repubs threatening K St. from hiring Dems.

Talking about Bankruptcy Bill & Drug Bill as examples of money paying for bad bills.

12. Right, he's been a major topic.
I just wanted to demonstrate that they are hitting on the Republicans.

And Cunningham is being discussed, as he should be.

10. true, both parties are guilty...
but why do more americans -- or the whole world, for that matter -- seem to suffer more from repub scandals?

this is the rovian strategy all across the mainstream media -- making repub scandals seem no worse than dem scandals: look at "quantity" instead of the "quality" of these scandals.

there is quite a difference in the scale of the scam.
