14. Agnew/Nixon is an excellent parallel

I was young, but I remember '73. Even with Agnew, there was a buzz that summer that something big was happening, and he put on this total charade of how he was being pilloried for purely political reasons. Then they hauled him into court in October and he whined a little more while basically admitting to corruption. There was not a clue that he'd be going down till it actually happened. Same with Dickus Amongus?

It's about time! I have watched this man lie his way to a pacemaker. He WAS a resident of Texas during the election 2000. A Dallas newsreporter filmed him pulling into his driveway so clear that you could see his bitcy wife sitting by him. He should have never been on the ballot to begin with. Many people in Texas spoke out against this, but somehow they werre muffled through all the rhetoric. I can't stand this man. He is indeed a slimy snake-in-the-grass. He has salivated for those oil fields way before the election of 2000 and made sure he had a plan in place to get to them.
