The MOST BRIEFED PRESIDENT in American History: Bush 43
He is always somewhere getting briefed. He goes to NOLA, Fla., Miss., Bahgdad, etc etc to get "Briefed".....

Then he makes some statement ,,,, most of the time, telling us things we already know.

Real Leaders know what the hell is going on before hand...not Bush...
he is posing as normal but is a Nutcase in Reality....

Oh oh, here he comes with a speech....

Come, we go find ear muffs...

1. Sometimes it takes a DVD to brief him
Like with NOLA....apparently reading is too boring. They need to make DVDs to get him to put down the GameBoy and pay attention.

2. And all that "briefing" takes people away from doing their real jobs...
...instead of handling things, they've suddenly got to take time out to "brief" the mascot, pose for his photo-op, babysit, etc.

17. Yup, they gatta baby sit the dude...
Then...to their chagrin, he don't understand a word that was said.

he just sez some buzz words telling us shit we already knew... pretending like he knew it all along and we didn't...

Ya can tell by the smirk....

Bill Moyer, 73, wears a “B.S. Protector” flap while President Bush
addresses the Veterans of Foreign Wars at their 106th convention
Monday in Salt Lake City. Moyer served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

4. And his attention span is really brief
I don't think the man thinks on any particular subject for longer than it takes him to swallow. His mind is already made up before he even sees the data.

His invisible super-being overlord apparently downloads the pertinent information straight to the remains of his cerebral cortex.

6. Does shrub ever do anything "constructive"?? It seems to me that
he spends all of his time flying around the country giving speeches, preparing for speeches, or he is on vacation.

When does this guy actually do some work??

9. Take a queue from "Command in Chief"
On the 1st or 2nd episode, the VP (Donald Sutherland) arranged for the teleprompter to fail about 30 seconds into the speech. Gina Davis went on to complete the speech off the cuff and from memory.

...wish that would happen to the blivet. He'd be giving us his best Pirro impersonation, then he'd become a blithering mass of incoherent words and would have to be escorted out of congress.

Hey, I can dream can't I???

11. It happened to Bill Clinton in real life
While he was giving the healthcare reform address to Congress the teleprompter failed, and Clinton continued without missing a beat.

When/if Bush*s teleprompter fails, I hope the market is closed. ;)
