I have been looking for Snotty now for weeks it seems, when checking
the Whitehouse website it does not show the Press Briefings on the front page like they were in the recent past.

However I did see this link for yesterday's briefing.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/11/20051130-10.html

Question did anyone listen to this yesterday?

Because usually there is a Snotty thread that is here on DU and I do not recall one yesterday. So is the WH trying to have Press Briefings without giving live access or did I just miss yesterday's?

Can anyone shed some light on this. I wouldn't be surprised if the WH was trying to keep this on the down low in light of the past PB's

1. The cable news channels are avoiding the briefings...
They will report that there is a briefing taking place, and that they will cut to live coverage if anything important takes place.

Then, they monitor the briefing, and if there is any indication that snotty the liar is in for a bad time, they simply never cut to the live coverage.

That's what they did yesterday.

3. usually there is a live link that you can watch in real time on the WH
site and that link has not been appearing at least when I look.

Part of the daily fun here at DU is to watch the live feed from whitehouse.gov and then comment on it as it happening.

So does anyone know what the status of this live feed situation is?

4. I was wondering that myself
We usually enjoy a bit of roast scotty live, but lately there seems to be either a time change (so we don't know when we missed it) or no coverage at all (so we don't know that we missed it).

5. I've been going through withdrawal, as well.
Every day for the last few weeks I've been checking to see when Puffy McMoonface was make an appearance (except yesterday, of course). Reading the transcript this morning was a treat, though.
