Tweety said that Bush was going to ask Congress for 3 Billion $$'s for the War and they would have to give it to him.

Tweety thought that was "brilliant, simply brilliant."

He said that the Chimp would be able to throw it at the Republicans as much as to say, "MAKE MY DAY" like Clint Eastwood.

Oh he was so excited BEFORE the speech.

an interesting VISUAL THEME;

Kerry: Three flags in a line; big man, small stage

Jack Reed: Three flags in a line; big man, small stage

Nancy Pelosi: Office lined with books; petite yet forceful woman, small 'stage'

Monkey: Little man, massive stage, huge crowd of prisoners midshipmen, big backdrop....

The Democrats are speaking from a much closer, more direct, connecting, intimate environment--at least that is how it plays on the tube. The words resonate. The Monkey looks like a ditched prom date floundering about in a gymnasium....
