Video of Bush bouncing globe like a ball in "Great Dictator" takeoff?

I saw this video in 2004 but can't find it now, even after using Google.

I'm not talking about this cartoon:

The one I'm looking for looked like normal video, though it was created with computer animation.

Anyone know where it is?

1. I saw that. They were doing a story on propaganda & hollywood and

talked about Chaplin's film " The Great Dictatro". Chaplin who had come from poverty suffered nothing from the rich or fascism. At a time when all the heads of studios were cow-towed by fear - he made the film making fun of Hitler and brining to light the persucution of jewish people at Hitler's hands.

And then he did, almost a stripper's bubble dance, as Hitler with the globe of the world.

As always - it was the comedians who brought truth to power.

2. There was this cool re-make of the dance in the movie

in which Bush appears as the dancing dictator.

I saw it online in 2004, but i can't find it now.
