The Forces on the Left Rock Happy Thanksgiving Day

Hey all I want to give out a special shout out of thank you to all of you on DU and the left. When the Grand ole Pirate party stole the last election I feel into severe depression. I couldn't have made it without you guys. So I want to send out a special holiday cheer to the following.

1: The DU Veterans, Military Families, and first responders - who give meat to our anti war stance. Thank you for being there

2: To the teachers who are the first line of liberalism - thank you so much for passing on liberalism to the next generation. Especially in these disturbing times.

3: To the athiest, liberal christians, wiccans, jews, and people of every and non faith. Thank you for being part of my family. I love hearring all your opposing view points and i love it that we can come together despite our difference and bring down chimp and crew.

4: To those that march for peace.
Thank you for all your hard work. The chimp's popularity is in the negative. Amazing isn't it considering he once had a ninety percent
approval ratting. Again I thank you all

5: To those representives in congress who still fight against the chimp mandate in congress, and who perserved social security a special thank you.

6: To those whom the Bush administration demonizes because you dont fit the sterotype or because your gblt, or a liberal christian, or believe in the peace, or an athesist, or being french or muslim. Thank you for having the courage to just be yourself. It's not easy to live out side this administration narrow box of what's patriotic and acceptable. So for whatever reason that your the target of the whacky right thank you for being there and being strong enough to stand up to the right's bigotry. And thank you for showing me the courage on how to live your life and not give a damn about what t he gop thinks

7: To michael Moore, Al Franken, Mike Malloy Rachel Maddow, and Randi and the Air America Radio crew. Thank you for being the voice of the left and getting the message out despite the attacks from the fascist.

8: A special thank you supports of stem cell reasearch. Thank you for wanting me to have a normal life, or at least for wanting me to be able to walk normally and have one day with out pain.

9: To the disabled and disability advocates for standing up for the rights of the poor and down trodden. Thank you for standing up to the chimps greed and rallying against ss privatization.

10) Finally to the mods and skinner for t his wonderful, wonderful place. This is more than a message board this is my family. I love you guys. :hug:

Keep rockin' everyone and have a great thanksgiving. 2006 is going to be too sweet.
