Does anybody know Elaine Broadhead?

She looks interesting. She is active in the Green Party. She was in the VIP section at Bush's inauguration and she was arrested for heckling him. She also lives in Middleburg, Virginia which is a rather unlikely place for somebody who is involved with the Green Party.
